My Weddings

Yes, my husband and I had two weddings.  The first one was on Mayo beach in Wellfleet, MA with 40 of our closest friends and family, and the second was a tented wedding that took place almost a year later in my Aunt and Uncle's back yard.  We had always wanted a small intimate wedding on the beach, but we also wanted to share our special day with the rest of our family and friends, so we decided to do both!  It was after our second wedding were my love for wedding design blossomed.

A cold, but beautiful October day on Mayo Beach
This is our favorite picture that was taken

After the ceremony, we had dinner at the beautiful Winslow's Tavern

Our second wedding took place on September 5th, 2010.  The first wedding was simply wonderful, but we wanted to dance with all of our friends and family!  And we did just that.  The DJ stayed an extra three hours because we couldn't stop dancing!

Couldn't have done it without friends and family who helped set up and run the show!

I'm not very good with walking in high heels, so I thought I'd be safe with wedges.  Boy I was wrong.  I couldn't even stand in them during the ceremony.  I'm glad I had my parents to help me walk down the lawn.  Once they let me go, I took off the shoes!

I made the invitations myself :)

Our beautiful bridesmaids and groomsmen

Just takin the dogs for a walk!

You can barely see the bridesmaids' clutches I got them behind the bouquets.  They were so, so beautiful.
Thanks Davie and Chiyo!

My husband Tom.  Isn't he just so handsom!

Once we got the party started, I ran inside to put this sweater on for another picture montage during the sun set.

My Aunt's horse hudson came right over for the pictures!
